This page is public and requires no login. It is published so that anyone — including mobile carrier and messaging compliance reviewers — can see exactly how our members consent to receive text messages, without needing an account. The opt-in control reproduced below is the real one from each member’s Profile.

1. Who we are

Orangish is operated by STAR SQUASH, LLC., a New Jersey company. Orangish is a sports club management platform for racket-sports clubs and their members, covering court booking, lessons, squad sessions, memberships and billing. Members use the platform at app.orangish.io.

2. How members opt in (Call to Action)

Opt-in is explicit, web-based, and unchecked by default. No text message is ever sent unless a member actively ticks the box shown below. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of creating an account, booking a court, or making any purchase.

The complete opt-in flow:

Create an account or sign in at app.orangish.io/join.
Open Profile → Personal Information.
Enter and save a mobile number.
Tick the unchecked “Text me reminders about my booked sessions” box that appears directly beneath the number.
Consent is recorded with the date, the exact wording agreed to, and a version stamp (2026-07-28-v1).

Text me reminders about my booked sessions

Orangish will text you reminders about your booked sessions at this number — usually 2–6 messages a month, never marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

The actual opt-in control from a member’s Profile, reproduced exactly. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively ticked — consent is never pre-selected and is never bundled with any other agreement.

3. What messages we send

If you opt in, we send transactional appointment reminders only, about sessions you have booked: a reminder the evening before, a reminder shortly before the session starts, and a notice if your club cancels a session you booked. We never send marketing or promotional text messages.

5. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with how often you book, and is typically 2–6 messages per month.

6. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Orangish does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.

7. How to opt out and get help

You can stop messages at any time by unticking the SMS box in your Profile, or by replying STOP (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message — you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To opt back in, reply START. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact admin@orangish.io.

8. Privacy

We do not share your mobile number. Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile numbers are disclosed only to our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you asked for.
